Happy Chinese New Year to all of my Chinese friends. I hope you all have a great year ahead. There are number of interesting facts about Chinese New Year - like, the Chinese keep the name of a new year after an animal. For example, this year it the year of the rat. In my childhood, I had a Chinese friend Hu who later went to Europe. I am not in touch in with him anymore. I wish I can find him in Myspace or any of the other social networking sites. I still remember his birthday was on 29th February. When we were children, we used to think that his age increased only once in four years! Hehe. Since this is a leap year, he can celebrate it on his date of his birth. I will miss him on his birthday. Though we are far away from each other, I wish him "Happy Birthday" and achieve whatever he wants in life.
