Godparent gift ideas

I bought a Personalized picture frame as Christmas gifts for my godparents. Both of their birthdays' are in mid of the year. My godmother's birthday is on August and godfather's is on June. Every year, my mom makes sure that I call them up and wish my godparents on their birthdays. Of course, I don't forget their birthdays and do visit them if they are in the town.
